Payment Methods Guide

We accept the following Malaysian payment methods through our secure payment partner, SenangPay. Here's how to pay with each one.

FPX (Online Banking)

Direct online bank transfer. The most widely used payment method for e-commerce in Malaysia.

How to pay

  1. At checkout, select 'FPX / Online Banking'.
  2. Choose your bank (e.g. Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB).
  3. You will be redirected to your bank's login page.
  4. Approve the transaction using your online banking credentials / SecureSign.
  5. You are redirected back to PropBuzz — payment confirmed instantly.

No additional fees. Available 24/7 subject to your bank's maintenance windows.

DuitNow QR

National QR payment accepted by banks and e-wallets across Malaysia.

How to pay

  1. At checkout, select 'DuitNow QR'.
  2. A QR code is displayed on the SenangPay payment page.
  3. Scan the QR with your bank app or e-wallet (TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, etc.).
  4. Confirm the amount in your app and approve.
  5. You are redirected back to PropBuzz — payment confirmed.

Works with any DuitNow-supported bank or e-wallet.

DuitNow Transfer

Instant bank-to-bank transfer using phone number, NRIC, business registration, or account number.

How to pay

  1. At checkout, select 'DuitNow Transfer'.
  2. Enter the recipient identifier shown (mobile / NRIC / account).
  3. Initiate the transfer from your bank or e-wallet app.
  4. Funds settle instantly — payment confirmed and you return to PropBuzz.

Ideal for transfers where QR scanning isn't possible.

Credit Card (Visa)

Common for online shopping and subscriptions.

How to pay

  1. At checkout, select 'Credit / Debit Card'.
  2. Enter your Visa card number, expiry, CVV and name on card.
  3. Complete 3D Secure (OTP) verification if prompted.
  4. Payment is authorised and you return to PropBuzz.

Processed securely by SenangPay. Card details are never stored by PropBuzz.

Credit Card (Mastercard)

Widely accepted by most online merchants.

How to pay

  1. At checkout, select 'Credit / Debit Card'.
  2. Enter your Mastercard number, expiry, CVV and name on card.
  3. Complete 3D Secure (OTP) verification if prompted.
  4. Payment is authorised and you return to PropBuzz.

Processed securely by SenangPay. Card details are never stored by PropBuzz.

Debit Card

Popular for direct payment from bank accounts.

How to pay

  1. At checkout, select 'Credit / Debit Card'.
  2. Enter your debit card details (Visa/Mastercard).
  3. Complete 3D Secure (OTP) verification.
  4. Payment is authorised and you return to PropBuzz.

Some debit cards may require a transaction limit set by your bank.

PayPal

Mostly used for international purchases and freelancers.

How to pay

  1. At checkout, select 'PayPal'.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account on the redirect page.
  3. Approve the payment for PropBuzz.
  4. You are redirected back — payment confirmed.

Useful for international buyers. Currency converted to MYR by SenangPay.

Touch 'n Go eWallet

Retail, tolls, parking, online shopping, food delivery.

How to pay

  1. At checkout, select 'DuitNow QR' or 'e-Wallet'.
  2. Scan the displayed QR code with your Touch 'n Go eWallet.
  3. Confirm the amount and authenticate in the eWallet app.
  4. Payment is confirmed and you return to PropBuzz.

Available via DuitNow QR on the SenangPay payment page.

GrabPay

Grab rides, GrabFood, online merchants, DuitNow QR.

How to pay

  1. At checkout, select 'DuitNow QR' or 'e-Wallet'.
  2. Scan the displayed QR code with your GrabPay wallet.
  3. Confirm and authenticate in the Grab app.
  4. Payment is confirmed and you return to PropBuzz.
